The Frankenmuth Farm Toy Show was started back in 1987 by three good friends:
Mark Gruber, Kenton Felske, and David Bader. The three decided to bring
farm toy collecting to the Frankenmuth area after traveling to other toy shows
in Michigan and Indiana. It has always been held in Heritage Park,
and is now competely housed in the Harvey Kern Pavilion. David Bader and
wife Milinda of Reese currently operate the show and are proud to promote farm
toy collecting in this area.. Everyone is encouraged to come
check out all of the new and classic toys. There is something for everyone from the casual collector to the diehard farm toy
fan, little kids to 'Big kids'. Bring your old toys and swap or
sell. The show is held on the first Saturday in August every year.
Kern Pavilion is located at the end of Weiss Street, just
North of Bronners Silent Night Chapel off M-83.
TABLE UPDATE:
WE ARE UP TO 114 TABLES AND 32 VENDORS AS
OF 7-21-08.
